My office is located in Fort Collins, CO near Harmony and Timberline.  You can park in any of the spots labeled “Patient.” Come through the front door labeled Suite 2B. Have a seat in the waiting room, push the small button next to my name on the wall, and I will come and get you at the time of your appointment.
